For your information

These pages are aimed at all the people of the village from old to young. You will find lots of information on these pages about events and activities happening in the village. There is even a bit of history, which we invite you to add to. Infact we would like all members of the Langley Parish to get involved, so if you have anything to add please contact Nicola Dawkins, the Parish Clerk.

Allotment Provision

Langley Parish Council is responsible for providing allotments available for use by all in the Parish. Currently, the Parish Council lease a small area of allotment land off the Sutton Road but demand for the allotment plots currently exceeds supply.

Therefore, I have been instructed by the Parish Councillors to write to all surrounding land owners in search of a suitable parcel of land that the Parish Council can consider purchasing or renting for allotment gardens.

If you have any such land available and would like to discuss this further with the Parish Council, please do not hesitate to contact me, Nicola Dawkins. See above contact details.

Water installation for Langley allotments

In its June meeting the Parish Council of Langley gave the
go-ahead for the long awaited allotment water installation. This is welcomed help in the maintenance of the allotments plots. Potatoes, vegetables, salads, fruit are the usual produce of the allotment holders.
